Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 September 2026
This policy explains how Asorynt ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit asorynt.com or contact us by email. It covers this website only. Each of our games has its own privacy policy; for JoltyHero, see joltyhero.com/privacy.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Asorynt, an independent game studio based in Romania. You can reach us about anything in this policy at office@asorynt.com.
2. What we collect
- Technical data when you visit. Our hosting and security provider processes your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request, so the site can be delivered and protected against abuse. We do not use this data to identify you.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use this only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not sell personal data.
3. Cookies
We do not set cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example to tell people apart from automated bots. These cookies do not track you across other websites and do not require consent.
4. Legal basis
We process this data based on our legitimate interest in running and securing the website and in answering the messages we receive (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). When your message concerns a contract with us or steps before entering one, we rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
5. Who receives the data
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and provides content delivery and security. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Zoho Corporation B.V. provides our email service, with data stored in the European Union.
We may also disclose data where required by law, for example to a public authority.
6. How long we keep it
Technical and security logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our legal obligations (for example, accounting or record-keeping rules), and are then deleted.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, write to office@asorynt.com. We will answer within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Romania, this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro. You may also contact the authority in the EU country where you live.
8. Children
This website is not directed at children under 16. Please do not send us personal data about a child.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
