Delete your progress in the game
In the Lab, open Settings › Account › Delete and confirm with Delete everything. Your save and its safety copies are removed at once and the game starts again from the beginning. Your settings stay, and so does Remove Ads + Coins if you bought it, with the store's transaction IDs of your purchases, so nothing you paid for is lost or delivered twice. Coins and Dragon Pearls are erased with the rest of your progress, bought ones included, and cannot be restored.
Remove everything from your device
Uninstalling Dragon Skyline removes everything it stored on your device. If your phone backs up apps, a copy of the save may sit in your backup: on Android in Google Drive › Backups (or Settings › Google › Backup), on iPhone and iPad in Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage › Backups.
Advertising data
We do not hold the ad data: Google does. Reset or delete your advertising ID (Android: Settings › Google › Ads; iPhone: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking), change your consent in Settings › Privacy › Ad privacy choices, and see your Google data at myadcenter.google.com.
Purchases
Your purchase history is kept by Apple or Google in your store account. We keep the transaction records only as long as accounting law requires and cannot delete them earlier. The store's transaction IDs that the game's save keeps on your device go away when you uninstall the game.
Ask us to delete what we hold
To delete analytics and crash data and your emails, email contact@dragonskyline.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us roughly when you played or wrote to us, so we can find it: we never asked for your name, so this is how we know what is yours. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. There is no charge.
