Delete your progress in the game
Open Settings › Privacy, tap Delete progress and confirm. Your save and its safety copies are removed at once and the game starts again from the beginning.
Remove everything from your device
Uninstalling JoltyHero removes everything it stored on your device. If your phone backs up apps, a copy of the save may sit in your backup: on Android in Google Drive › Backups (or Settings › Google › Backup), on iPhone and iPad in Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage › Backups.
Your cloud save
Delete progress in the game also deletes the copy in your Google Play Games account or iCloud (if you are offline, as soon as you are back online). You can also delete it yourself: on Android in the Google Play Games app or settings (the game's data, or your whole Play Games profile); on iPhone and iPad in Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage, under the game.
Advertising data
We do not hold the ad data: Google does. Reset or delete your advertising ID (Android: Settings › Google › Ads; iPhone: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking), change your consent in Settings › Privacy › Ad privacy choices, and see your Google data at myadcenter.google.com.
Purchases
Your purchase history is kept by Apple or Google in your store account. We keep the transaction records only as long as accounting law requires and cannot delete them earlier.
Ask us to delete what we hold
To delete feedback you sent from the game, crash reports and your emails, email contact@joltyhero.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us roughly when you played or wrote to us and, for feedback, what you sent, so we can find it: we never asked for your name, so this is how we know what is yours. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. There is no charge.
