Playing
How do I keep a run going?
One hit ends a run. A Rescue Cloud catches you once a run (you start with three and can buy more with coins). On Game Over you can revive with diamonds, up to three times a run, or once with a short video.
How do I unlock the other worlds?
Underground is open from the start. Ground, Sky and Space are unlocked with coins in Shop › Scenes.
Where are the daily rewards?
Open the game each day for the 7-day login streak (a missed day can be caught up with a video), then check the daily and weekly missions, the daily word and the daily challenge.
The game runs slowly or the phone gets warm
Open Settings and choose a lower graphics quality, 30 FPS, or the Battery Saver. Make sure you have the latest version.
Your progress
Where is my progress saved?
On your device, automatically, with a safety copy, and in your own account: on Android in Google Play Games (the game signs you in by itself, no password), on iPhone and iPad in iCloud. Install the game on a new phone with the same account and your progress comes back.
The game asks which progress to keep
That happens when the progress on this phone and the one in your account differ, for example after playing on two phones. It shows both; pick the one you want to keep.
How do I start over?
Settings › Privacy › Delete progress, then confirm. It cannot be undone.
Purchases and ads
Is JoltyHero free?
Yes. It is free to download and play, supported by ads and optional purchases (diamonds, coins, bundles and NO ADS). None of them is needed to enjoy the game.
How do I restore a purchase?
Purchases that last (NO ADS, the Starter Core) are tied to your Google or Apple account: reinstall the game, sign in to the same account, then Settings › Privacy › Restore purchases. Coins and diamonds you bought are added once and cannot be restored after deleting progress.
I paid but did not get my item
Restart the game first. If it is still missing, write to contact@joltyhero.com with the store's order number (in your receipt email). Refunds are given by Google Play or Apple.
What does NO ADS do?
It removes the ads that play by themselves between runs, forever, and adds a daily gift for ten days. Videos you choose to watch for a reward stay available.
How do I change my ad choices?
Settings › Privacy › Ad privacy choices (in the EU, the UK, Switzerland and US states with privacy laws). On a phone you can also reset your advertising ID: Android Settings › Google › Ads; on iPhone, Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

How do I report a bug or send an idea?
Settings › Feedback: rate the game, report a bug or suggest something. It reaches us directly (up to five messages a day, with an internet connection).
Who is JoltyHero for?
Players aged 16 and over. It has no chat and no account.
